If you forget to pay the monthly fee and/or annual fee, the service will be cut off at the end of the last day of the license. To use it again, just make the respective payment and in a moment you will be able to access it again. There will be no data loss during downtime.
In the case of two (2) different entities, with different designations and taxpayers, there must be two (2) different accounts in Phorland, since we cannot, due to legal requirements, change/transform the data of a taxpayer to other. However, when the customer is getting into that situation (stop working with one company and start with another), he creates the 2nd account, imports the customer data and articles from the first account to the second (with the routines that exist on the platform), and starts working on the second account, stopping any operations/registration on the 1st account. With this procedure, the first account goes into a state of consultation access, being able to consult and export all its data for some time, to face any legal consultation that has to be carried out, until the account is permanently blocked from access.
The invitations, for security reasons, can be canceled, invalidating the same. If what you received does not allow you to validate your registration, there is no problem. Ask your manager/boss to activate/resend the invitation. Once you receive it, you can complete the process and be able to join your team.
To recover your access password, simply select the option "Forgot your password" and instructions for registering your new password will be sent to your email. After this step, you will be able to access it again.
